Nicholas Davis, CEO/President
Nicholas has been working in the flooring industry for 18+ years. He began installing tile as a freshman at Auburn University. While finishing up his degree he transitioned to selling residential flooring. After graduation he began working at Spectra Contract Flooring as a project manager where he sold and managed such projects as IKEA, Parc Vue condominiums, Target, Davis Elementary, Kaiser
Permanente and many more. After leaving Spectra he started a commercial flooring division for a private retailer. Here, he began working in other trades in the construction industry. His expertise in the flooring industry was rapidly expanded
into drywall, paint, cabinets, granite tops, and ACT ceilings. In 2011 Nicholas decided it was time to start his own business. With the help of his wife Ashley, they founded Incredible Floors and Construction Services, Inc. Incredible Floors and Construction Services has successfully completed projects at Target, JCPenny, Atlanta Public Schools, Historic Westside Village, Team Chevrolet and Georgia Gwinnet College, just to name a few. Now a very successful business in Metro Atlanta and beyond, Incredible Floors and Construction Services is here to meet your construction needs.
Ashley Davis, CFO/Secretary/Treasurer
Ashley and Nicholas work as a team to make your experience Incredible! Ashley is hands-on during every project. She manages all orders, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Her knowledge of the construction industry was grown rapidly as CFO of their company. Being a former math teacher with a master’s degree in education has taught her the value of organization skills and to train others to keep

Johnny Darnell, VP of Cabinet Division
Born and raised in Georgia, Johnny Darnell was drafted by the Pittsburg Pirates right out of high school. He left professional baseball in 1972 to pursue his passion in the construction industry. He worked as a construction apprentice under his father and grandfather (Darnell Builders) until 1977. For the next 30+ years, Johnny’s expertise opened doors from him to work with several companies, including Delmar Cabinet Company, Triangle Pacific Cabinet Company, Four-Star Homes, Atlanta Kitchen & Bath, and H.J. Russell & Company. Positions held with these companies included cabinet installer, field supervisor, warehouse supervisor, sales representative, customer service, warranty department manager, kitchen and bath designer, woodworking designer (structural and decorative), and building superintendent for both residential and commercial. Johnny also owned and operated his own business for six years, painting and remodeling for both residential and commercial. Johnny says, “Growing up, from the age of 13, I worked summers with my grandfather, learning every aspect of construction. He taught me the importance of a good foundation and the satisfaction in a job well done. It’s an honor for me to bring my 40+ years of experience to the incredible team!”
Harold Ross, Sr. Project Manager
Harold Ross is a native of St. Paul, Minnesota and is a United States Navy Veteran. He moved with his family to Lawrenceville, Georgia in 2005. Ross, as he likes to be called, graduated from St. Paul technical college in 2000 where he achieved a certificate in the flooring mechanics program. He has over 20 years of experience in the flooring industry. His experience ranges from flooring installation to senior flooring manager and master mechanic. He specializes in carpet, sheet vinyl, wood, and ceramic, in both commercial and residential applications. Ross, as Sr. Project manager for Incredible Floors and Construction Services, manages all labor crews and works directly with superintendents to make sure jobs are completed to an Incredible standard!
Matt Smith, Warehouse Manager
Matt Smith is a Georgia native. He spent most of his life in Gainesville, Georgia before moving to Buford, Georgia. Matt was taught at a young age about work ethic. His grandfather was a 30-year Navy veteran and he taught him what time and hard work could achieve. He learned to work with his hands and fix pretty much anything by his other grandfather who was a mechanic. While growing up Matt's father owned a lumberyard. It was here that Matt was given his first job. He was able to see first hand how to run a business swiftly and efficiently. After many years of working for his father Matt decided to go to school for HVAC where he became a certified HVAC technician. Matt is able to take all the skills he has learned over the years and truly put them to use at Incredible Floors and Construction Services. His wide range of knowledge is helpful in his current position. He is valued employee with many skills.
Faye Robinson, Administrative Assistant and Disaster Restoration Project Manager
Faye Robinson joined Incredible Floors and Construction Services as an Executive Administrative Assistant. While holding the title of Executive Administrative Assistant, she is also our Water Mitigation and Reconstruction Project Manager. Faye has over 15 years of experience in the residential construction and water mitigation industry. Faye is trained to handle many aspects of the industry and holds several certifications in the field including IICRC Certification. Prior to joining Incredible Floors and Construction Services, Faye held the title of Insurance Coordinator for a private retailer from 2005 through 2009. After four years of valued service she took a position as a Manager for a local new restoration company. In 2013 she teamed up with Incredible Floors and Construction Services.
